The Consumer Affairs Agency of the Government of Japan convened additional meetings of the “Food Sanitation Standards Council, Newly Developed Food Investigation Committee” on July 25 and September 29, 2025, to discuss food safety standards and terminology for the standards of cell-cultured foods.
