Mr.Seiji YAZAKI

President of Royal Host
Accepting award for Royal Host is Mr.Yasuhiro Kurosu Director of Royal Holdings Co.,Ltd.

Royal Host is one of the largest family style restaurant chains in Japan and launched a special “U.S. Steak Fair” promoting certified Angus beef before the Government of Japan relaxed BSE-related age restriction on U.S. beef in February 2013 (raising the age limit from 20 months to 30 months). The menu fair was a huge success and demonstrated the confidence of a major chain in the quality and safety of U.S. beef at critical juncture and ultimately led the way for many other restaurants to follow suit, featuring high quality U.S. steak on their menus. Mr. Yazaki and his staff have been building a strong relationship with the ATO and American food product suppliers for many years. Most recently, Royal Host has developed an American Menu Fair featuring both U.S. Certified Angus Beef steaks and Alaskan king crab.
